Appointments
Appointments with Sarah our Healthcare Support Worker are now available to book online. Please use this service to book the following
- Blood pressure check
- INR tests
- Blood tests if the doctor or nurse have asked you to do so
- ECG if the doctor has asked you to book this type of appointment
- Weight check
- Lifestyle advice
Appointments with our Practice Nurse are available to book online for the following services only
- Smear test (females only)
- Contraception injections
- Baby and Children’s immunisations

We are pleased to announce that you can now access health services from Practice 3 Keir Hardie Health Park on the new NHS Wales App.
The App is a simple and secure way to:
· book routine appointments
· order repeat prescriptions
· view parts of your medical record
To access the App you must:
· have a fully verified NHS login, or a valid photo ID to prove who you are
· be aged 16 or over
