Anne Murphy is our Carers Champion. Anne is in the Practice every day and is available to assist you.
Sharon Lewis is our GPSO (GP Support Worker). Sharon is attached to the 3 practices in Keir Hardie Health Park. Sharon has telephone appointments every day which can be booked with our receptionists. Sharon can help with the following
- Information and resources for carers
- Patients who feel isolated
- Bereavement
- Some mild mental health issues
- Feeling worried or anxious
- Financial issues such as benefits
- Housing advice and adaptations
Practice 3 are operating a different model of access due to the risks of the pandemic. We want to keep our staff and patients, particularly our vulnerable patients. Patients are able to contact us via eConsult, our online consultation service or by calling us and speaking to our receptionists
The GP practices are not using the noticeboards in our waiting area at the moment. We are keeping our website up to date with the latest information to keep our patients informed and most of all SAFE.
